RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

Please send us a mail with your return information to shesaysclothing@gmail.com with subject RETURN.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, you can return your item to us and we will either repair, replace or credit you.  We unfortunately have a no refund policy.

She Says has a strict 7 day return policy.  Meaning the customer must inform us within 7 working days upon receiving the item and courier the item back to She Says.

​

We will gladly replace the purchased item if the item is still in stock or credit you in the form of a gift voucher that could be  used at She Says Clothing to the same value as the original purchased item.

She Says accepts returns based on the following:

1. Incorrect sizing. Sizing can differ on each individual item as different styles and materials affect the cut and sizing.

These are all imported items from all over the world so the sizing structures differ on each item.  It is the customers responsibility to confirm sizing as per our size charts and measurement instructions on each individual item online before placing an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

​

Before sending your returns back to us, please mail us the full details regarding the item.  You will be responsible for paying your own courier costs for returning your item if the fault is not on our side.
