The Founders
She Says was started by Cecilia van der Riet and Charlene du Plessis.

"I really need new clothes." - That's me every morning. I was born addicted to clothes. For every birthday since I can remember I always asked my mom for clothes. Nothing makes me happier and more excited than a new piece of clothing. She Says really is a dream come true for me.
